Software for Theatre

Everything producers need to bring great theatre to life.

The Problem

Producers manage millions of dollars through email attachments and shared folders.

Investor documents live in Dropbox. Cap tables live in Excel. Weekly financials get copy-pasted into emails. Pipeline tracking happens in someone's head. There's no single system designed for how Broadway productions actually raise, manage, and report capital.

Meanwhile, investors have zero visibility into the shows they've backed — no portal to check documents, no dashboard to track performance, no way to know what's happening without picking up the phone.

What We're Building

Investor Data Rooms

Secure document sharing built for productions — not repurposed from venture capital. Investors see exactly what they need: offering documents, financials, and updates, organized by show, with access controls that actually make sense for theatre.

Cap Table Visibility

Every production has a capitalization structure, but it usually lives in a spreadsheet that only one person understands. We give producers and investors a clear, always-current view of ownership, commitments, and allocation — no more digging through email to find who's in.

Financial Reporting

Weekly operating reports shouldn't take hours to assemble and email out. We automate the collection and distribution of financial data so producers can focus on the show, not the spreadsheet — and investors can track performance on their own time.

Investor Pipeline

Fundraising for a show means tracking dozens of conversations across months — who's interested, who's committed, who needs a follow-up. We replace the mental model (and the messy spreadsheet) with a real pipeline that the whole producing team can see.

Know who's engaged — and who isn't.

When you send an offering document, you have no idea what happens next. Did the investor open it? Read past page two? Download the financials? Our analytics track engagement so producers can follow up with the right people at the right time.

Instead of

"I sent the deck to 40 people last week. I have no idea who's looked at it."

You get

"12 investors opened the deck. 4 downloaded the financials. 2 haven't opened it yet — time to follow up."

Built by producers, for producers.

We're not a tech company that stumbled into theatre. We actively produce shows on and off Broadway. We've sat in the meetings, assembled the cap tables by hand, and emailed the weekly reports ourselves.

Every feature we build exists because we needed it first. This isn't generic SaaS adapted for entertainment — it's theatre infrastructure from the ground up.
